Chino Hills, CA… Jonathan Luna, 23, was arrested February 26, 2009 after WeTip caller 519387 reported that he was selling marijuana from his Slate Drive apartment. According to law enforcement, a search warrant resulted in an arrest for the cultivation and sales of marijuana.
Formally charged with possession of concentrated cannabis, Luna was convicted on March 18, 2010 and sentenced to 180 days in county jail, 36 months formal probation and nearly $300 in fines and restitution.
