Pomona, CA… Marijuana grow house shut down thanks to WeTip caller 527352. The maintenance man of the Claremont Suites Hotel, Isaac Leyva, Jr. was arrested September 4th 2009 on charges of drug cultivation. Leyva was using a room in the hotel as a “grow house”.
Pomona PD seized 2 glass jars full of marijuana valued at $600.00 each, miscellaneous progressive stages of marijuana plants valued ant $9,000, drug paraphernalia, a mobile air conditioner unit valued at $1,200 and a grow lamp valued at $400.

Formally charged for driving on a suspended license and cultivation of marijuana, Leyva was convicted on February 19, 2010. His sentence is unknown at this time.
