Police Warn Women About Bike-Riding Groper
The suspect rides by women and grabs their buttocks, breasts and genitals.
SANTA MONICA -- Police are warning women about a bicycle-riding man believed to have groped several women in the last three days.

Informants May be Eligible for a Reward All Tips are Completely Anonymous
The incidents reportedly occurred Tuesday at 4:09 p.m. near 14th Street and Santa Monica Boulevard and Thursday at 11 a.m. near 2nd and Strand streets.

FOR INFORMATION LEADING TO HIS ARREST AND CONVICTION
The suspect is described as Latino, 20 to 30 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, about 180 pounds,
unshaven and wearing a short-sleeved chef's coat and pants with a small black-and-white checkered pattern.

Informants may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.00 for information leading to an arrest and conviction in this matter.
