Supplied to WeTip by Local Law Enforcement Agencies, federal agencies and Financial institutions.

A valuable artifact from the set of the new Batman movie; a mask worn by the Joker (the late Heath Ledger) was stolen from the set during production. This one of a kind mask is irreplacible and we are asking for the public's help. On the night of May 19th, during a commercial shoot at the Sun Chemical Building located at 590 Santa Fe Ave Los Angeles, a "Joker" mask was discovered to be missing. The mask was last seen on a chair in the "Gotham Imports Building" where the actor placed it. Someone may have thrown it away or packed it with other art supplies accidentally, but it could have been stolen. There is a $2,500.00 reward for the recovery of this importaint piece of property. Someone knows who did this. If you have any information regarding the person(s) involved in this crime, you are strongly urged to call WeTip at 1-800-78-CRIME. You will remain completely anonymous and may be eligible for a reward if your information leads to the recovery of the mask.
