Heidi Cisneros has held leadership roles in school districts and county offices of education in the areas of student support services and school safety for the past 20+ years. Throughout this time, she was responsible for developing an extensive array of pivotal programs and trainings for student safety, mental health, threat management and crisis response.

SRO at Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office
In 2006, James became a School Resource Officer and has been serving that role at Arapahoe High School for the last 12 years, along with teaching various law enforcement-related topics. Treasurer of the board of directors for The “I Love U Guys” Foundation, James also serves as an adjunct instructor for their flagship programs, the Standard Response Protocol (SRP) and the Standard Reunification Method (SRM).

Heilit Biehl
Threat Assessment Coordinator for Safety & Security at Adams 12 Five Star Schools
Heilit has worked in education over 12 years with 10 of those years in higher ed at colleges and universities in Colorado, Florida, and Utah. She has worked in Residence Life, Crisis Response, and Case Management. Heilit trains school districts on the Adams County Threat Assessment Protocol (PreK-12) and is certified in SIVRA-35, VRAW, ERIS, and TRAP-18.
John-Michael Keyes
Co-founder of The “I Love U Guys” Foundation
For over a decade, Mr. Keyes has represented The “I Love U Guys” Foundation to districts, departments, agencies and organizations regarding school safety. The death of his daughter, Emily, at the hands of a gunman at Platte Canyon High School compelled Mr. Keyes to bring his professional expertise to the arena of school safety. Today, Mr. Keyes is an internationally sought keynote speaker for school safety and law enforcement professionals.
